Eric McFerrin is currently an aviation instructor in the Alabama Community College Sytem. He worked for 8 1/2 years as a park ranger / sheriff’s deputy, is a nationally registered EMT and holds several law enforcement instructor ratings (firearms, outdoor active shooter, LE instructor) in addition to other public safety training. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, hiking, kayaking, camping, and riding mountain bikes.
