On July 12, 2021 RAT-SAR responded to a request for assistance by Patrick County, VA sheriff’s office to locate a missing person. Sadly, the search became a recovery mission when the person was found deceased.
RAT-SAR would like to thank the Patrick County Sheriff’s Office and Sheriff Dan Smith for their dedication and hard work throughout this situation.
